Of course, there is always a chance Til It Happens To You gets Young and Beautiful'd.. but that only happened because Disney ran a smear campaign against it and sent notices to potential Academy voters saying the song was ineligible.
I doubt it. The Academy has never liked Bond and after finally rewarding them multiple times for Skyfall and a huge tribute, they release a lackluster movie (and a lackluster song) that is the worst Bond movie in the past ten years.
