Simpsons from season 3 through 9 were the highest standard of comedy. Not just for animated series but for television in general. It was topical, satirical and funny in all the best ways. The legacy and impact of the Simpsons is far greater than those of X Files but X Files were also bigger than friends. Will and Grace also had a much larger impact than Friends and so did Sex and The City. Poor Maniston
There’s something Forrest Gumpian about the way Britney always finds her way, without even trying. We were sure she was over after the Work Bitch-Perfume death punch but then she drifted over to Vegas like that white feather and made herself a fortune there. I think it’s because despite her rough past, there’s still something innocent and pure about her at heart. Like Forrest. In a way that makes her a great American hero. Also like Forrest.
Hmm...to each its own...

X Files is one of the best shows of all time. I need to watch it.
As long as The Prophet or The Little Prince win best animated or sth, I'm okay with anything. I'm definitely not expecting Best Picture for Mad Max so what's the point...

Literally everybody knows them. My 6 year old nephew knows them and so does my 65 year old relative. You haven't even see The X Files and you here telling us which is better?
I loved 2000s angelina when even being skinny she had some meat on her. She looks ghastly.
Have you seen pics of her running with her kids serving bag of bones and it was around halloween too.

The more these Oscar bait movies flop (like Steve Jobs) I am beginning to think that more of the acclaimed blockbusters will have a heavy showing. The Martian is definitely getting a lot of love and I think Mad Max just might too. We'll have to wait and see. Star Wars could pick up steam too.
lol, the decline of the simpsons has not 'tarnished' its legacy.
yes, it declined, but at the same time how many shows can say they retained a massively high quality for their first nine seasons, most of which were around twenty episodes each?
listening to Jagged Little Pill for the first time and enjoying it but the sound of guitars give me a headache after a while.
pianos >>>> thats why fiona is my fav

The Martian should not be getting Best Picture. It's awful
