You don't have to stan for Adele, but I'd like to see your fave try to write anything as brilliant and timeless as "Someone Like You" and "Rolling In the Deep". However, I will agree that "Hello" is very bland as far as power ballads go.
But
at the OP. I absolutely adore Adele and always have, but she ain't the only talented person in the industry.
