Lana is one of the hottest women on the world,while Adele is overweight (not tryng to fat shame,but she isn't generally considered attractive).
Lana's music is far less mainstream,especially Ultraviolence and Honeymoon and it is,for some idiotic reason,considered embarrassing for guys to listen to mainstrean music.
Adele pretty much sings only about break ups,while Lana has songs about sex,her *****,drugs,alcohol and partying.
Nothing wrong with having gay appeal,but how exactly does Adele appeal to straights more than Lana does?

Lana is for sloppy power bottoms who smoke cigarettes and wear nothing but big baggy t-shirts, skinny jeans, and toms and they listen to lana when they are crying about how their latest fat 73-year-old grindr hookup didn't even cuddle after.
Adele can be for anyone, as long as they're basic and have no real opinion about music and like to pretend their lives are horrible (i.e., most teenagers).
