I just cannot believe Kanye would do that. Like, seriously. How ****ing rude? How ignorant? Jesus. He really pushed the limit there. Humiliating her like that, not knowing who they were cheering. Like I really felt hurt for her, especially she had to follow-up with a performance. Way to ruin a 17 years old's first VMAS, Ye!! He is officially the **** of the industry. I'm over him and his arrogance.
As for this show, it was REALLY boring. I must say 2007 & 2008 were even better than this year. Beyonce totally killed it with her performance. Though I did not want "Single Ladies", she really did an amazing job with the performance. Gaga's performance was decent. It's kind of what I expected when it got hyped up. Her running around, lots of dancers, etc. The blood and ending was brilliant however. Great performance and awesome vocals. Turned it off when Muse began though because it was just getting so boring, the show that is. Glad Britney won Best Pop Video

You're only saying that 'cause Britney was at the center of attention those years. Rico, sometimes your remarks are downright repulsive. Most things can be disputed, but to claim the 2007 VMA was better than this year's is just a complete lie. Just block out the "Gimme More" performance for a moment and think about the rest of the show. It was lousy...it was more like we were watching the after-party and not the show itself.
