If it was the first single, it probably would have flopped or only performed moderately, but she's got momentum from the last three singles behind her. This is basically "Clumsy" all over again.

You can't say that. It could easily just go #1 because of hype. Seriously, "Paparazzi" would've flopped as the first or second single in the US. It'll be a hit now because of who sings it.

WTF is your problem? The fact that "Paparazzi" would've been a US flop if released as the first or second single is widely accepted. You should be thankful that her label was smart enough to release it as a fourth single. I never said anything about people liking it or not liking it. It's just simply not a song that would do well in the US unless it had hype to back it up, which it does now. Europe, it would've done well regardless, and possible even Australia, but here in the US, the type of song "Paparazzi" is wouldn't of been enough for it. So you can throw attacks at me all you want, but that's not going to change the fact the "Paparazzi" is doing well right now because of "Just Dance," "Poker Face," and "LoveGame."

I just think it's funny that now that it's taking off and looking to be a hit people always have to find another excuse.
