Funk the punk is most likely the sound of Gaga's new music, but it could also be a song title..

I don't think it's fake (as a term) because even Gaga used it, but I doubt it's a song title, I feel like it's just like what ARTPOP was, but less pretentious

Wait this was actually so good. Her voice is fierce yet fun and just perfection. Wasn't sure how her voice would fit into the song when listening to the snippet but I was not dissapointed!
