You should give higher points to Spotify in countries where it's bigger, and higher points to iTunes in countries where it's still popular, or find out the digital download revenue & streaming revenue of each country and make the ratio based on that. Oh and a separate Spotify Artists chart would be everything.

It will never be based on revenue, you know my aversion to US/UK dominated charts.
Right now all Spotify charts count as "relevant" countries. Swedish iTunes was downgraded to "irrelevant" a while ago.
I don't care enough about the artist ranking to put any effort into it, I only care about the artist pages.
