I remember when Drunk In Love peaked at #2 due to streams everyone was calling it a Harlem Shake because the majority of its points were streaming. A lot has changed in the past year and a half.
It wasn't a massive hit but Bey having a lot of streams is good news for future eras.
This "flop" has 261m views. Beyonce stays winning lol. This is better than most Rihanna songs by the way.
The fact this unmelodic mess with nonsensical lyrics (that somehow work pretty well) with a video shot in an iPhone is platinum with 261m views and a Video of the Year nomination is just proof of her power.
A Grammy nomination for this lil side project would be the icing on the cake.
And interestingly without any major hits during the streaming era.
I think it's the sales part and the fact that she doesn't have massive pop support anymore. RTW would have been probably been bigger right now than it was 4 1/2 years ago.
