I think they will be. It might be different if Biden joins in the race though lol.
I honestly don't think Biden will run. I do not think he is mentally fit to serve as President. If his son did not die, then it would be a different story. Also his wife doesn't seem to be interested as well.

She's made it clear that she absolutely hates campaign season, and that was as 2nd Lady. The idea of doing it as 1st Lady probably makes her wanna throw up.
The US public hates every single nominee from every party.
It doesn't help when these politicians make everything more politically stagnant. Kinda our fault as well for letting these people be elected governors and senators first, and then make them our nominees. In 1992, we had 14 states won by less than 5%; in 2012 only 4 states were won by 5%.
That's interesting...Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina, and Marco Rubio still have room to move as 9% are still not sure about them. They should of added Joe Biden as well, for all intensive purposes he is running as a shadow candidate.

Joe is a politician...I'm sure he is grieving over his son, but Joe also knows that it will make him seem as a more "human" candidate compared to the "cold and distant" Hillary if he chooses to run.
Also his son's dying wish is that he wanted Joe to run again. Obama would rather have him run, and be the nominee...Joe just waiting too see how much support Bernie gets. If it is enough...Joe will step up as the savior, cause Bernie will never be picked as the democratic nominee.
