Are YouTube videos showing up like this for anyone now? They're dimmed and sometimes don't show the thumbnail, then you click that play button and then it shows as normal. Idk if it's a Google Chrome thing or what, I'm just wondering why there's a 2nd play button + if it's only me that has it.
