It's so weird because up until 2013 my skin was ALWAYS dry and flaky, and I had to use lots of stuff for that. And then it got better. And then all of a sudden it went to completely the other end of the spectrum.
Sometimes scrubbing and "overdoing" your skin routine will cause you to break out -- me. I recommend just using something extremely simple cleanser, guzzle water all day, and get a lot of sleep.
It worked for me and I had acne. Now I'm clearer than ever.

I tried this but it didn't work
I did stop eating food high in glycemic indexand basically only ate healthy stuff which helped a lot, but it still continued so my dermatologist put me on Accutane/isotretinoin
I have literally never even been in the thread so I have no idea what happened.
