the delusion. have some real tea. hingis also won against graf at the same age and? only because you win a game doesnt mean anyth. rivalry doesn't mean that one dominates the other but that exceptional players play against each other.
btw graf beat navratilova at the age of 17 as well WAY before her prime and yet lost some close matches later on... lol
what you are saying is pure delusion and bares any basis in reality.
I am not even saying Graf would have won every single game against Serena in the remainder of 1999-2002, i said that she would be her rival in as much as venus was. and we all know that graf was the best on clay and grass.. and could have snatched 1 or 2 FO and W for sure, especially when we look at who won the FO in 2000.
Graf was the best GS player of the 1999 season AO (QF), FO (W), W (F) USO (retired ahead of tournament)
Serena 1999-2002 wasn't even peak Serena.
I'm not even sure what you're arguing honestly.
2002-2003 Serena would've spanked Steffi, if she even played. Just because Serena and Martina played deep into their 30s doesn't mean everyone can.
how old are yall 13? common sense doesnt seem to exist within you. i mean just because you lose one game or win one game doesnt reflect a career. lorde.
the only one speaking of peaks is you, Benzene.. i said Graf could have won way more GS during the time she was injured and or had she played longer because she performed so well in 1999 at the GS events.
with that what if theory, i want to contradict the seles stans from saying seles would have cooked graf when in fact this never happened and when we make up statistics that bare any logical basis, then we can do it both ways.
hard facts are hard facts..
Graf, Navratilova and Evert have played more matches, have a higher winning percentage and won way more tournaments than Serena, so how can she be the best when her only asset are GS titles? She is way too inconsistent to be placed in the league of Graf/Navratilova and Evert.
Serena's true strength are advanced technical developements in the rackets, her power and her physical and mental fitness, especially against her current contemporaries who for some reason **** their pants when they play her.
And I've already told you that top players played way more tournaments in the past. I and most tennis pundits do not care that Evert has more wins at random MMs. There's a reason slams are held above everything else.
Serena's biggest inconsistency was in the mid-2000s, and those were largely for personal reasons. Since 2002 in her professional career there have only been 3 or so years where she hasn't won a slam.
Seles was cooking the entire tour in the 2 years before she good stabbed, it's deluded to think that she wouldn't have won more slams (especially FO) in that period between the stabbing and her comeback. And Serena wasn't the only player to benefit from technical enhancements, everyone did.
Serena's career is basically over. With her age, and the absolutely massive disappointment from this loss, I don't think she can ever recover from this.
All of this arguing when the GP and all the sports commentators already crowned Serena GOAT somewhere between the FO and Wimbledon
Serena was crowned GOAT by half of sports media before she even tied Chris and Martina.

in bold Graf's era (1982-1999), 5 of the so-called 20 best players of all times fall directly or indirectly into her era. Navratilova has won 13 out of her 18 GS titles in that timeframe.

That was from like 2011/early 2012, they aired this special on Tennis Channel. You tried it though posting a list that has BJK above Serena thinking the age of the list wouldn't be called out. Looking forward to the updated version.
