The live feed is a 24/7 stream of what the houseguests are doing in the house. Basically everything except competitions are shown on there, but of course a lot of people don't really have the time to stay perched and watch all the time. The actual episodes are basically a highlights show of the big moments and conversations, as well as the comps we weren't able to see (other than endurance HOHs, we get to see those.) There are tons of people that are just casual watchers and not feeds watchers, so of course they need to know the HOH as well.
