I really don't think this will happen sis, but ok.
Gaga has like 10 awards more than Rih, on top of that has at least 3 videos more iconic than any Rih vid (BR, Paparazzi, Telephone) and has iconic VMA performance, Red Carpet moment, Outfits etc.
Rih has none of those sans 2 VOTYs (which is also great).
I mean Rihanna will get the award too, I just don't get it why some of you are so sure she'll get it before Gaga...
And yeah Kanye deserves it.
Gaga has defined MTV culture in a way Rih never has been able to. The next one should be given to Gaga on her 10th anniversary imo
