She's not performing at the VMAs - their silhouette post on Instagram today + her event on the 31st in NY confirms that. So much for an album this year. She's not lined for anything music related... No VMAs, no iheartradio festival... are only hope is the AMAs with the album coming out the week before or after.

I don't think so. She's holding wine bottle and she doesn't bring Lele on shoots. I think it's her LA mansion. Besides, Lele posted it 11 hours ago and it looks like the shoot has only started/will start soon

Why would she do The Voice then? Besides Rih was never scheduled for anything tbh in August 2010-2011-2012. Everything always started in September

This is very true. She did Cockiness/We Found Love less than a month before releasing Diamonds which was weird, but that all worked out well. Maybe she's planning to release a single in late September again. Only Girl came the day after the VMAs, We Found Love came after the VMAs too - it's just weird that they're not using the VMAs as a platform for a new single, but it also makes sense for her to do the few Voice episodes she will be on + a performance. That's just as big of a platform, because the VMAs are kind of wack this day in age anyways... I'm happy she's not doing the VMAs because I'm going to her event in Brooklyn lol

Well usually a new era starts in september with the first single, but this era started in january, we already have 3 singles, it's just all ****ed up. I would rather wait another year without a single than release something and don't give a **** about it

To be honest I feel at this moment of time big pop artists can't be bothered to promote and perform their stuff. Rih doesn't even like the VMAs and it is going to be a tragic mess this year. Hoping for a AMA performance at least.

Yeah I know, but as Rih is being silent we can only speculate, and I think she'll try to go down the road she went before — which is releasing a single in the second half of September, few performances here and there, and album release in November (maybe late October). The Voice thingy kinda adds up here.

I think she'll release another single and release the album a month later. I don't think she's gonna do the typical 2 month gap between the album and lead single (relaunch single in this case). So she may actually release the album in Oct
