An R&B spin off EP for Jackie would be nice for Thanksgiving/Black Friday sales!

I think if DLWML and IB had changed release dates, this era would be much more successful. DLWML is dancy and has a sexy MV that can attract attention, while IB can be released right on time with the Future gate.

I'm crying.

Shoot, if it's only four good tracks it'll probably double Jacke's numbers. But that's not the point of the EP though. It's to get people hype and talking about the music again so when the next LP drops she'll have momentum, especially if it's urban.

Obviously she won't ever do one but it's a cute thought.

We're not even trying to sell it though. Ciara just need to get breakthrough songs and a nice little package would do that. A re-release would work too I guess if it get us more songs from Ciara.

Yeah, it's not about the sales, honestly. It would just help get people interested in her music again. A breath of fresh air, if you will.

Ciara needs to show that she can continue to push an album after it's out. She hasn't done that since FR. An EP can wait.

But the album doesn't seem to have been as well received as self-titled and the era already has a stigma of being an underperformance musically so none of the future singles from it are likely to do anything or get much support from radio at this point. IMO (I hope I'm wrong but you don't usually see hit singles come from albums that have already come out and underperformed).

She might as well move on to something new that will be better received. Urban is in right now (although whatever she puts out better be groundbreaking and on some next level ****).
