It's cause of Pepcé. She got dragged all year for being scared to release, and then made a splash with an amazing gimmick. In the end it only got her moderate success in a few territories, but that first impression is what people remember.
People don't want to eat their words this time. When the album is here and HDD is reporting that 5 digit first week, then the dragging will truly begin.
