It kind of worked for Justin's 20/20 album though. I think he initially released in March and again in October if I recall. Granted, if the album was done is another thing, let alone if R8's "initial" vision and the current vision would even match up like 20/20 did.

That's all I really want! She has to have enough songs for a 26-track release! And honestly, I don't doubt that when Rih was photographed with Timbaland that Jay brought him in to give all the tracks that extra oomph like he did with Bey's Drunk On Love, Blow, and Rocket.
