I really don't think I can give concrete details, but count on it happening very soon, don't worry. We all know how much everyone is anticipating this - we are, too!
I won't have an official announcement on this until I can back it up with a real date. We recognize that the "soon" fatigue has becoming overbearing for many of our members, including some who have been patient and supportive of the work we're doing. For me at least, some of that frustration in us not meeting deadlines has translated into time spent working on improvements beyond what we've shown in the layout concepts. While I'm excited about what we have now, we're still going to be cautious about how we roll things out to avoid missteps we've made in the past.
At this time, everything is on a schedule. What we say and when we say it is planned out to give you all the least amount of wait time between the announcement and the actual release. This month we're going to be making several changes including staff additions and clearer policy guidelines to support a smooth transition. Limited time registrations will also return to get some fresh voices in the mix.
There is a member on this site who has created 96 threads in July and has already created 24 threads THIS MONTH ALONE (Which is 5 days or less).
Can we do something about it? It's very distracting considering the true intent behind most of these threads is to shade and belittle other artists while making the poster's fave appear to have some sort of "legendary" status.
Can I get a quick answer for this? It's been boggling my mind all day.
