I think most shows return in 4 - 6 weeks from now. If they send the song to pop and it gets even minimal initial support, it won't be too late by that time. If they keep waiting for urban and rhythmic to support her, September might be too late for promo.
If they could book the VMA's pre-show, that'd be pretty good. Cici puts on a hell of a show, she WILL get a boost!
