They're from Oxford, nothing ever happens there. I just find them very safe to listen to and unexciting.

Their first two albums, Parachutes and A Rush of Blood to the Head, are nice elevator music. The rest is awful.

Lana should make more music like Pretty When You cry. That final chorus with the explosive electric guitar wailing is one of the best moments in her discography.

State of Grace is nothing more than a good song, She has much better.

It would have flopped but it is still her best song regardless.

SOG is a fantastic opener. But it seems like She is great at choosing album openers and making them mesh like one big story. 1989's WOTNY is also a perfect representative of this.

State of Grace is amazing. I love how simple and powerful the chorus lyrics are too.
