but he did not arrest her for a traffic violation nor did he intend to (obviously)
she bruised his ego and he went ape **** on her.
nothing she did warranted the assault on HER and then the lies he told ON HER to book her in jail.
stop trying to spin the story, no matter which way you do... she shouldn't have been arrested and he should be fired, charged with assault and for lying to a police officer (his superior)
