Actually, I'm not clear on the exact reason (has it been released officially?).

But it's a moot point anyways considering he was legally allowed to arrest her for the mere traffic violation, if he pleased.

nothing she did warranted the assault on HER and then the lies he told ON HER to book her in jail.

I believe that. People are very uncooperative with the cops nowadays which is not a smart thing to do.

I thought she was arrested for a slight driving mistake. I was gonna go out and riot. This story is still very sad.

Based on that video, the cop still took it way too far, but yeah. The official reason isn't traffic violation

I believe so. There's so much wrong with that picture.

1. Why can we see up her nose
2. Why was there a shadow behind her, the light source is usually on the ceiling
3. Why was she in her jumpsuit already
4. Why does the background of her photo look the same as the floor in the cell she was in
5. Why are her shoulders positioned like she was lying down

EDIT: I just read the toxicology and it said the lacerations on her neck looks like she was choked out, so she died from deprivation of oxygen.

I think she had the same head injury as Natasha Richardson and died three days later. Either way the cops still murdered her.

But then again we have the mugshot of her looking dead and why is her 'side mugshot' dark and blurry? You can't even see if it's her Her font mugshot is all bright and clear. This is all weird!

The officer is not legally required to subject himself to the carcinogens of her cigarette smoke, nor is he required to allow her the possibility of using the cigarette as a weapon or distraction device. If directed to put it out or put it down, she can either acquiesce, or she can push the issue and risk arrest. It was her call.

The last thing I would be doing if pulled over would be smoking and blowing it out the window in to the officers face.
