And it's late here (3:30) so I'm gonna go bed, but y'all have fun with evolution and that. Idm since I respect what others have to say and don't have to Ross Geller everyone We'll say i believe in what I believe and you believe in what you believe....?

Yes, you're getting it! That's exactly why taller people survived. That's called
natural selection. Those with adaptable features survive the most easily and reproduce so the population slowly changes after generations and generations where those desirable feature become the most common. That's essentially what evolution is. It's not magic. It's very simple. You can still believe in God!
And no, the theory of evolution is a
scientific theory just like the theory of gravity. They exist.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with questioning what people say (as that's a sogn of intelligence), but you need to understand the topic first before challenging it. The question you asked about a third arm is ridiculous. This mutation has to exist in the population (it doesn't) and has to be beneficial (it's not) for it to be spread out into a gene poll. We can't just randomly transform like on Pokémon. The trait has to exist in one person and it has to be beneficial in order for it to survive in the gene poll.
P.S. I'm sorry if I was rude above!
