I agree she could have been talking about Miley, but at the same time she was complaining about this year's nominations and Taylor's video meets all of the criteria she mentioned, so it seems more obvious to assume it was about her. Especially since she and her supermodel friends in the video are the quintessential skinny girls. But she shouldn't have said a thing.
