I was told to never delete old contacts, but having contacts that are literally a decade old is a bit dumb if they just sit there and collect dust. So do you purge your contact list?

no, half of my contacts is full of people i forgot their names so i always go into my contact and wonder who the f*** are they

Yes. If I haven't spoken to them in like 7/8 months then there's no point.

My contacts list is a DISASTER ever since iCloud merged all of my ****ing email accounts with my normal contacts list, so now I have 611 contacts with maybe 30 of them being people I actually talk to/have phone numbers attached to them.

I don't know if it's just me, but I never keep contacts. Like, if you're not a friend or a really close family member or someone that I actually intend to call, I'm not going to ask you for your number. Maybe I'll promise to look you up on Facebook or something, but that's where it ends. So, I never need to purge my contact list cause it's never that large.

I use to, but one time someone called who used to be on my contact list and for the life of me couldn't remember who it was. Now if they ever happen to call or text and can easily identify and ignore them.

Yeah. I'm also really obnoxious about keeping them in order, they all have full names, first and last as well as job titles if they are from work etc and grouping
