I don't think they sold out, so not great really considering they have gaps for more dates.
I don't know if this is true, but I read on Icon that the seats were reduced by one price level.

Live Nation announced today that Madonna will make a return visit to Manila Wednesday, February 24th, 2016, at the Mall of Asia Arena. The Manila performance is presented by Globe and tickets will go on sale starting Sunday, July 26 at 10:00 AM.

Why would she announce that date and not the others?
I don't think there is anymore Asian dates except maybe Japan. From what I read from the insider on Madonna Nation (who was right about the Australia dates despite the announcement delay) there isn't much Asian dates scheduled and no Latin America this tour.

A thread on Icon back in May 17th had the venue and date confirmed, but there was a February 24th and 25th date.
