Max Martin is a blessing if you are already a star (Taylor, Kelly Kellogson in 2004 coming off her multi-Platinum debut ablum) or talented and with enormous potential (Britney, Katy -talent comes in many forms, such as oral-, Ariana), but if you're a desperate flop like JLo and Xtina or a never was like Demi or Adam Lambert he'll still charge $300k a track, basically forcing the label to release it as a single, but it will be a terrible bottom shelf reject and bomb to hell and back.
