Britney won't have a hit again if her teqm don't plan things right during the first 2 weeks which are her only best chance to debut high. Anyway, if radio still doesn't play her song, her songs will still not smash.
It's going to be an uphill battle but before she retires I want her to hit 250M records.
Selling 100m albums and 100m singles are already incredible but anything else are bonus. I just want her tour numbers to be bigger. I want it to end up between 750m-1B.

Those shipment numbers are way too low. Britney would have to be a mostly digital seller (she's not) for her shipment numbers to be so close to her album sales).

I think she's sold around 4.5 million videos so that's almost 90 million from albums and videos. That leaves out 11-10 million shipments which actually make sense.

In the digital age, shipments are so much closer to sales because we don't need a huge physical market to sell albums and catalog sales have died off so there's no benefit in a store carrying extra copies of an album for years.

Basically which is why we don't expect her albums to be overshipped since 2005; however, RIAA and Billboard counts shipments they don't ever include exact numbers 1,750,189 copies...nope. Sold to the stores not sold to the consumers.
That's what labels and the industry use because there was an anticipation that those copies will be purchased at some point and that's still the case but to a much lesser degree.
