I agree and disagree with this. The first part is definitely true and possibly happened. However, I feel that the direction that TAR was moving in with the blind dates, they were trying to show that there would be a successful couple. From the exit interviews I read, nobody really hooked up with their blind dates, except for kissing from Jeff and Jackie because there would usually be no time to do anything and the couples would be too focused on the race. Afterwards, they would typically be tired
