Reading back on this thread, it's actually exhausting to see how overrated 'globalness' is. It's like if a company sold 50 shirts that were all the same at one store while another company sold 10 shirts (same kind) at one store, then another 10 at a different store and then another 10 at a different store. If you said company 2 was more successful because their sales were more spread out then you'd be laugh at/judged/rightfully bullied. Again, Taylor wins and that's all there is to it.
