I believe some of them will be but not ALL of them .

I've seen many people around the net saying things like 'we almost have the full setlist by now' and other stuff like that. So yeah, some believe she's going to sing each and every song she's hint us about .

Rebel Heart is her best album in 10 years she needs to perform the majourity (Living for Love, Devil Pray, Ghosttown, Unapologetic Bitch, Bitch I'm Madonna, Hold Tight, Joan of Arc, Iconic, Heartbreak City, Holy Water, Best Night and S.E.X.). I'd die if she sang Inside Out but I don't think that's happening unfortunately.
If she wants to do her oldies she can easily mix them with some of the RH songs, for instance - S.E.X. can incorporate elements from Incredible or smth like that.
She can use Illuminati and Veni Vidi Vici as interludes since it will be impossible to sing them live.
