I think people knowing everyone's scores can have a negative effect of making people cocky or, conversely, making them feel bad about their writing, but there's a benefit of knowing your own score and how it changes week to week. Of course your rank changes, but depending on how everyone else does, that really isn't that accurate. Like Euphoria was #1 last week but could technically still have a higher score this week, though she'll never know. Scores are so essential in PH so it's interesting how this season has changed that up so much
