Lets say his avatar was even disrespectfull, which I can't see how will it be, we've seen way worse...Seems kinda odd, even if you had other reasons to ban him, I still don't get it why he got banned over this one .

Maybe, that's why I'm asking...If he was banned for other reasons and the mod just added his opinion about the avi than it's fine with me, but if he got a warning or banned over the avatar that's so WTF.

And I asked him and as far as he remembered he only had 2 warning points before he was banned.
