Have there been any ties yet? What if someone has the same amount of points and the same amount of voters?
then we go with who had the most 20s, 19s etc. like suppose user 1 has the same score and number of voters as user 2, well if user one was ranked #1 on a list while user 2 wasn't, user 1 would be above user 2.
