The latest episode was the most predictable piece of TV I have ever seen.

I really have to agree. The show has gotten so lame now. I decided I couldn't get through the entire episode so I went online for the spoilers, read them, and then skipped to the last 15 minutes to watch the 2 notable scenes. The rest of the episode wasn't appealing in the least.

I have to say it was the dullest episode 9 of the entire series, even more than last year's Wall fight.

Really hoping episode 10 will be on-point. Can't wait for Cersei, but that's only going to take up a few minutes of screentime. I really need an exciting finale because last year's scene of Arya navigating the ship nearly made me quit the show.

I'm honestly "meh" at this point. I can't think of anything they could do in the finale that could make me a mess.

Making Sansa a cold-blooded killer? No thanks. Now that's character assassination. LSH story is awesome and if they can't realise that then they're shooting themselves in the foot because I really don't think many people will keep watching if so many horrible things keep happening to the characters they actually like. Like I said a million times before, there is no balance anymore, it's literally overkill.

Also why is that annoying Jon Snow wannabe going to sit in the Small Council for Dorne? They actually cast Nymeria and yet they move her part to someone else. What a cluster**** this is becoming tbh.

I actually adore the fact that literally anybody could potentially die any minute. At the end of the day, George said it himself: he does not seek to depict war in a glorifying manner where the four best friends survive and live happily ever after. War is about cruelty and the chance that literally everybody could die. It doesnt matter if its the hero of the war or the antihero, if its a prostitute or a king, if its an elderly woman or a young child. And I love that so much about the show cause Im honestly sick of all Hollywood Movies doing exactly that: Depicting war in a bubblegum kind of way where the heroes always survive at the end of the day.

Next season is too late I think. LSH is the perfect season-ending cliffhanger, it should have happened either S4 or this season. Actually I don't care as long as they just DO IT.

Well, according to one the Sand snakes there's something EXTREME happening in Dorne in the finale. I'm hope we get Doran's Fire and blood speech. Other than that, I'm kinda lost. Is he gonna plead allegiance to Dany?

There were rumors that Trystane was actually FAegon from the books (???) but I dunno. I mean, either way, I understand Doran's plan. Maybe send the sandsnakes or whatever to kill Tommen and have Myrcella & Trystane be crowned? But in all seriousness, I hope we get something 'exciting' from Dorne next episode or else... they should've just hired the actors for one episode instead of dragging this nonsensical plot until the end!! I didn't like the Dorne storyline in the books either, but I did like Arianne The Sand Snakes were even worse in the books so whatever. They might just kill them off in the finale and be done with Dorne.

I know what you mean. I think its because its very difficult to know you have to wrap everything up in the next 2-3 seasons. I think they are still doing a great job as someone who hasnt read the books. Yes, sometimes it seems not really necessary (Although I feel that each death adds something to the story and its characters), but I do like it. The only real pity this season was Dorne, which is especially due to the very bad acting of the Sand Snakes + Marcella.
Last episode, where we got a chance to hear the prince act a bit more, Dorne did not seem so dull anymore. Hence, I believe its the actors fault we didnt enjoy it as much as other areas.

Although many argue this seasons was kind of lame, I have to say Kings Landing + Winterfell + The Night's Watch were clear highlights this season. I thoroughly enjoyed what happened there -Gilly and Sam. Mereem was kind of lackluster aside from last episode. At least they gave Queen Dany her moment to shine.

I think the writing is really terrible for Dorne. The 3 sisters in a jail cell slapping each other's hands and calling each other ****s. And in the middle of the water gardens fight when Obara randomly starts yelling who she is in this weird ass voice, like what?

Prince Doran + Areo + Ellaria are great! Although I don't like how they've changed Ellaria's personality this season.

Mte. Hope we get to see more of them and less of the dreadful sisters.

I feel the finale will be amazing. Lena's performance of Cersei was on poinT this season, so her being one of the major parts of the finale should be enough to make it exciting. Plus the entire storyline in Kings Landing is pretty interesting and exciting. Then we've got Winterfell and Sansa as well as Jon + Dany. Should be a great finale!
