Azealia's fans keep bringing up her bisexuality as an excuse but if their was a black history month performance or whatever would they allow someone who goes on and on about "n*****s" because their fans claim not to be offended.

Also lol at "talk **** get owned". So a journalist who writes a negative article about her bizarre comments is "talking ****" and being attacked in a homophobic way is them being "owned". The girl is irresponsible and bigoted.

A woman who has said negative words towards the LGBTQ community (and also hasn't apologized and has defended her usage of said negative words) should not be performing for a 'pride' event. I believe she deserves the same backlash as Iggy had and should also pull out.

Call it whatever you want on and on. It won't change the fact that she is performing at the NYC pride after already performing at LA pride last year. A good amount of us gays embrace Azealia and love her.

I believe they're saying that most Iggy stans know when she's doing something wrong and doesn't tend to defend her for those bad things, while Azealia's stans defend her for every problematic thing that she does.

Well, if that was true, they wouldn't defend her accent in the first place, but there have been many threads about this topic already.

I honestly want to discuss the performance of pretty AB in this thread. Songs she will perform etc. And when she has performed, what I have liked or didn't like about it.

The whole accent situation is more of a theory rather than fact so I believe they have the right to defend when it comes to that.

But yeah - you're right. I personally wouldn't mind Azealia doing this event if she apologies for what she has previously said/used. If she doesn't around the time of the event then I think she should be pulled.

Anyways, I really don't want to discuss this issue any longer.

As a gay man, I am not offended by what she said. Not even a little. She doesn't have to apologize for anything. I am not seeing it.
