Umm. I assume you're being serious, so I'll point out the complete difference between posting a shaming video on YouTube where literally MILLIONS of people have access to it and which can spread around your school like wildfire and getting slapped inside of a grocery store where what, 10 people are witness to it? Completely different situations and also completely unrelated to race.

The only thing "tragic" is you having a problem with the idea of a father trying to discourage his daughter from possibly engaging in sexual behavior she has no business doing, or concept of even truly understanding. There's a difference between discouraging certain behaviour and constantly HUMILIATING you child in front of their peers + whoever happened to be there at the time. Not to mention that it clearly DIDN'T WORK as intended and even caused the poor girl severe depression, truly gross

I already stated he went overboard but that doesn't negate his intention: to try and discourage his daughter's bad behavior and disobedience. He will have to live with the fact that hs daughter wasn't instilled with enough strength to be able to endure such discipline and come out stronger.
