Ridiculous generalization. Both types of discrimination are prominent in both communities - which one is more prevalent is completely based on your own experience. My experience, for example, does not nearly reflect that Tweet. The multitude of people in both groups that try to eliminate these issues should not be counted as discriminatory because a few other people are.

Instead of nitpicking your way onto other minorities, you should target everyone in general. The aforementioned types of discrimination exists everywhere, HEAVILY in the white, straight community; targeting other minorities is so redundant and achieves virtually nothing in the grand scheme of things. If you're going to nitpick, consider the higher forces you're not attacking that actually have some sort of impact on general societal behaviour. What exactly are you achieving by calling out white gay people and not straight ones, and anti-gay black people and not white ones? It's stupid, unnecessary cornering.

Besides, both communities are relatively small. How accurate do you really think you are when you make generalizations, like shown in the OP, when both communities are so small? Obviously, you have more important people to worry about than make a few generalizations about another minority because you think they're an easy target.

Making generalizations about these small communities quite possibly stems from angst and lowkey dislike towards that community.

The black vs gay narrative is tired and old. BUT, at the end of the day, blacks make up about 13 percent of the US population. If homophobia was solely a black issue, gays would've had their rights a long time ago. People are just always looking for reasons to call black people hypocrites, even though other ethnic communities are just as homophobic.

No, there is way more homophobia among the black community than there is racism among the LGBT community.
