For the time being, enable Adblock on your PC and device, anti-virus/malware on your PC and don't download anything an ad tries to get you to do.
And you can always ask posh as well. He and I are both keeping an eye in this thread to help answer questions (since pages here are moving so fast) when there is a new development.

Anyway, my twitter is in my signature (to all members and guests): I will update it when the site is confirmed safe to browse on all devices and when Google has unblacklisted us. Until then refer to my last post to ensure some form of protection.
