Actually France & Spain are the ones who flop constantly(almost)
Spain always sends a pretty/cute girl with a nice voice to sing a dramatic ballad in spanish + a low budget production

Spain deserved better definitely, Edurne slayed her performance until that unfortunate voice crack on the very last note.
