The fact that you know I was referring to you speaks volumes. As a judge, your job is to read the songs and critique them, and help the contestants improve. You had issues with that last season and you clearly still do. 4/5 of the other judges do that on a consistent basis. Likening someone's writing to that of a kid's book isn't constructive criticism, it's a shady insult and more rude than calling a judge out on their incompetence. But hey, looks like I'm not the only one who thinks this.

There is nothing wrong with kid's books. It doesn't mean your song was stupid, it wasn't. It's a genre of its own.

I want you to know that I wrote out a slew of insults towards you just now and deleted all of them because I'm going to be the bigger person. Please just recognize I'm not trying to take anyone down, there are lots of members who annoy me that I have given high scores to repeatedly and lots of friends I've dragged through the dirt.

Except I haven't insulted you once, I've simply given you constructive criticism on how you could be a better judge. Even if you hated my song, I wouldn't care if you told me why you hated it and how to improve on it. That's my problem with your critiquing style, you don't go past the surface layer. Simply saying "I didn't like this" isn't enough, anyone can do that.

Why do I even ****ing bother with this game? I've taken lots of time this season to read so many songs and write responses to them even when it's hard for me to help, and I always try to post in here so that the contestants know me, but obviously I'm doing something wrong. Obviously the problem lies somewhere deep within me and I can't be the great judge everyone loves. And so many people don't give a **** what the judges say. At least Sam cares about the other judges' feedback, some people just read it, disagree with it and continue making the same mistakes again and again. I know I shouldn't be posting this publicly but this is what's going through my head.

I didn't just say "I didn't like this"! I went out of my way not to do that. Between you blaming your loss in S6 on me to this, I'm really done.

From now on I'm not judging you. I refuse. Truth Teller, I will only send you scores for Sam from now on. I'm so tired of this. Maybe I'll like you, song, maybe I won't, you'll never know. This is probably much better for the both of us.

First of all my critique was longer than two lines, I don't know what you're talking about. Second of all this is not an isolated incident and that's why my reaction is so big.
