In 2012 she was 20 minutes late and had everyone waiting, but it was her first post-pregnancy red carpet so it was a big deal. She almost got booed when she started walking up the stairs

2013 she was earlier than Madonna so it was cool
last night I assume she wanted to be last, but the live-stream guy said they were held up by the presidential motorcade resulting in being an hour later than the latest she's ever been

Anyway, unless Beyoncé made the entire Gala wait for her, then I don't think it's rude. The media there are on the job. I'm sure they cared more about getting that Beyoncé shot which would give them MONEY rather than having to wait 90 minutes.
I think the professional press knew (NY times etc.), as they were the ones getting told she was going to be late. The bloggers and people higher up the stairs had no idea based on the livestream audio I was listening too last night. And although of course her pictures resulted in millions of website hits and help sell papers, I think the issue is it was supposed to finish at 8:30 and everyone else did make it on time. But I mean really who cares, it's not like a concert where people paid money to see her or anything
Also this is a really stalkerish acknowledgement but I like how she barely posed doing a full teeth smile last night, she's done that at ever Gala since 2011, and pretty much all of her recent carpets, but last night it was all about lips together looking sultry
Honestly, she should be just as bored/thirsty as we are considering the lack of promo during the last era. This joint album needs to drop in June or July. Make my summer 2 years in a row.
Her lateness is so calculated. She wants the whole venue to herself. It' always empty when she's there -she ain't here for a random ruining her pics! :O
Believe or not when the first picture hit the internet yesterday I though it was a throwback (2003 ish) look someone randomly posted in the Thread. Then I saw Slayonce meltdown I knew the Queen had killed the game again
