I definitely think this is a good strategy. Plus, they're being smart with the music video + performance.
Now they just need to modernize more of their marketing techniques. Get her featured with some famous viners, or interviewed by a Youtuber the teens love. Just to score the next generation of stans.
Since Vegas is being extended, they definitely need a new album full of hits to keep the numbers crunching.
