Kesha has one of the biggest hits ever. TIDAL didn't even scratch the surface (kinda like Bajan Pollution)

She left it off of her self titled because it didn't fit the vibe of the album. At the time she was with Future and OWA is about being a powerful single woman and what not. The album she recorded before Ciara (OWA) that was scrapped was also a lot more pop heavy. It fit this album.
