Where's the article?

It looks like this will be UF's last week at #1. I guess not bad for moving over 5 million downloads? I only predicted it to stay at #1 for 4-6 weeks. After that I was getting irritated. LOL.

Now the question. How long will UF stay at #2?

Last week? Extremely unlikely. Still top 5 in combined sales, #1 on radio, #1 on streaming. He'll get at least a fifteenth week (the current tracking week) and 16 is definitely not yet out of the question.

Like, the threat is not See You Again, it's Sugar, but UF is ahead of it in two formats out of three, and with decent margins of safety for a fifteenth and sixteenth week.

I don't, however, think it'll get 17.

See You Again is a huge threat, though. I see it going to #1 in 2-3 weeks.

Sugar is out of the running.

But that's the point. 2 - 3 weeks. Sugar is the more immediate threat of the two - it's far closer in AI and streams and slightly ahead, for the current moment and current tracking week, in sales.

I said 2-3 weeks, but I think it will be the lower end of the estimation. UF will probably get to 15 weeks and then be dethroned by SYA.

I don't consider Sugar to be the threat SYA or EI would be to replace UF. If UF can't get 17, or at least 16 weeks at #1, then I'd rather it not get a weird # like 15 weeks. I'll see what happens as the next seven days move forward.

Oops! I meant 16th week. I'm almost sure UF!'s gonna get a 15th week (which is for the tracking period of this week: 4/6/2015 - 4/12/2015) because SYA won't have airplay (Pop radio really doesn't look promising at the moment) or streaming (still likely gonna trail UF! by 10 million) and UF!'s decline doesn't look that huge at all.

I think Sugar will end up placing above See You Again in next week's chart. It still remains the biggest threat to UF!, although it obviously doesn't stand a chance.

The week after that, UF! might be experiencing bigger losses in all metrics, so Earned It might catch up. SYA could topple it if it sells over 300K and gains a lot of points from airplay and streaming.

SYA, Earned It, and possibly even SUAD are bigger threats at this point than Sugar. Sugar is peaking as well and those three songs all have huge momentum behind them. If SYA doesn't do it within the next 2 weeks it'll be Earned It for sure
