Rihanna is hardly trying, and Rated R was a more successful era than Artpop if you are to look at their previous underperforming eras anyway.
little mosters (some of them) need to realize that even though seeing another artist "flop" in their eyes creates a feeling of gratification, Artpop will never cease to be deemed a flop and Gaga is still currently below her peers
Rated R had Rude Boy and like 3 or 4 more singles to support it, besides it was released in 2009 when album sales were higher. And Gaga ain't done yet or below her peers, not when she's more respected than them!
