You usually come in and propose your rate, maybe negotiate it a little depending on whether or not an album or artist has been used in a previous rate, and if Ace approves it, you get the go-ahead!
Also I haven't forgotten about my '10s LGBT singles rate I wouldn't be able to really start it until May 1st anyway so am kind of procrastinating getting the list (I have most of the artists named tho)
