Lupita was 100% deserving of that Oscar. I feel like Margot Robbie should've been nominated in Jennifer Lawrences place, her performance in TWOWS was miles better than JFad's.
This is true. Lupita barely even had dialogue in her role. I've been saying from the beginning the most riveting character was completely shut out of 12 YAS promotions (Monique teas). The first black woman who was crying when she had her kids taken away (the saddest part of the movie). I don't even know her name.
She was Best Supporting in AOC because she damn near was the lead really.

The oscar reels this year were terrible. They chose the WORST scene for Rosamund Pike where she barely does anything and spoils the entire damn movie. Like.. at least pick that scene where she and Ben Affleck are fighting over not having a baby and she says "an inspiration." Or go full out and choose her scene with the detectives.
Godga should've just recycled "Second Time Around" for that rape documentary instead of recording that awful Diane Warren song with drunk tranny vocals
