But Nick? the kid has two 2x platinum albums under his belt, and his last album with his bros which was deemed as a "flop" also outsold Iggy's album.
BUT okay, let's talk about "now" if you don't want to talk about the past. Right now, Iggy, Nick and Tinashe have singles out, the only one charting in the Hot 100 is Nick (Chains at #25, up 9 spots this week, shaping up to be another huge hit, and Jealous at #28 which just left the top 20 this week after four months). What about his album? Still top 30 on BB200 and give it time, Iggy's didn't go gold in such short time either, plus it needed a huge hit like Fancy and several MAJOR performances in award shows, which Nick didn't have. (and Tinashe didn't have either)
And let's not forget that Nick has toured stadiums several times, with his brothers (and their 100M tour) and alone back in 2010 when he started his solo project with the Administration. He even had a sold out tour last year and was planning this spring tour since before they announced they were rescheduling Iggy's tour.
